BIO:
Hirini Reedy (Tairawhiti Iwi, Aotearoa). Hirini grew up in a very rural Maori environment below Hikurangi Mountain on the East Coast of New Zealand. The first mountain in the world to see the Sun.
A spiritual man who has trained in indigenous martial & healing arts from Maori/Hawaiian/Asian cultures.
Hirini was a former NZ Army officer who served as Aide-de-Camp to Governor-General and Cultural Adviser to the Chief of NZ Army on establishing Ngati Tumatauenga, Maori Warrior Identity of The New Zealand Army in 1994. A Masters of Philosophy and Honours in Civil Engineering.
He has walked the length of New Zealand twice, 2017 (North-South) and 2022 (South-North), as part of his own personal Warrior-Healer philosophy.
Currently writing his indigenous PhD for the Awakening Soul.
He lives a minimalist lifestyle, working as a soul operator in service of our Grand Mother Earth.
